kiwivelo.co.nz uses NZ Couriers, Post Haste and Castle Parcels to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your goods.

North Island 2-3 working days
South Island 3-4 working days

Rural Deliveries + 3-4 working days to the above ETA

Note that we are closed over the weekend so if you place an order on Saturday we won't process it until Monday.

Delivery charges

We charge a Flat Rate Fee of $5 for Standard Freight

For Bulk Items (indoor trainers, bicycles etc.) we charge: 

$80 - North Island 

$120 - South Island 

Order tracking

kiwivelo.co.nz maintains a record of your parcel with our customer service team. In the event that a package is not delivered - you can call us on 0800 549 483. We will provide the tracking number if you wish - or we will follow up with our provider and ensure that your package is delivered.
